REDVALUE aims to create a collaboration network between companies and R&D actors to obtain high value products from agriculture and forest residues.
The goal of REDVALUE project is increasing the value of the residues from vegetal material like peppers, peaches, olives or pine bark from cleaning the forest. The project proposes the following scheme of actuation, where different extraction methodologies will be studied, the obtained extracts will be characterized and also their properties:
The reduction of residues and the high value products obtained will create benefits for the agriculture and forest sector companies, that not only it will diminish their expenses due to the elimination of waste, but also it will create a new line of business, selling new functional product to be employed by the agriculture companies.
